There are two ways to start, and both begin with an actual conversation. You won’t fill out anything about your health here, and there’s nothing to pay online. This first step is just reaching out.

Meet me first (most people do this)
A free twenty-minute visit, in person or over the phone, with no health forms and no pressure. We talk through what you’re looking for and whether I’m the right fit. Plenty of people meet me, decide the timing isn’t right for them yet, and that’s completely fine.
Ready to enroll
If you already know, tell me below and I’ll set up your enrollment. We do the paperwork and your first payment together, in person, so you can ask questions as we go.
